Very nice sunset last Friday in Santa Barbara.
The photo was taken with my Nikon D5100 and Nikon DX 85mm macro lens, which is sharp, sharp, sharp.
A few other shots, all taken with another very sharp lens -- the Nikon DX 35mm 1.8. (It's a $200 lens, btw, meaning it's very affordable).
It's fun to try -- and get -- some different looks from the same scene. A lot of the above was done processing in Lightroom using different VSCO presets to make digital look more like film. I've found they really make processing my RAW photos very easy, quick and fun. Please see this post for more info on the presets.
