After years of visiting San Luis Obispo, we finally made the hike up Bishop's Peak last weekend. There were lots of hikers -- and lots of good photo opportunities at the top.
The first shot is my favorite of the bunch. It's interesting, well composed and has some scale -- the tiny person versus the big rocks at the top. It would have been better to have some of the vista in the frame, too. But that would have necessitated some climbing I wasn't quite prepared to do :)
The photos were taken with my Nikon Df and either the Nikon 70-300mm telephoto lens or the Nikon 18-35 3.5 lens.
